Terms of Use

This website is a personal project provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. By using this site, you agree to respect applicable laws and use the content only for personal purposes. The site owner is not responsible for any damages or issues arising from the use of the site.

Privacy Policy

This site collects only the information necessary for basic functionality and monitoring:

Security data: Our system stores technical access information, including IP address, date, time, browser, and pages visited, exclusively for security, system maintenance, and usage statistics purposes. This data is not used for marketing or profiling purposes without consent.

With consent: We also use ipapi.co to obtain your approximate location data (in JSON format). Only the language field is used to set the site language.

Remembering preferences: If you allow the browser to remember your options, we create a unique token stored locally (in your browser's localStorage). This helps remember your settings and count visits.

No data is sold, shared, or used for commercial purposes. All data is stored securely and used only for site monitoring.

Credit Purchases

Payment processing: Credit purchases are processed by PayPal or Mercado Pago, depending on the currency you choose, through their own checkout. Your payment details are entered directly into the processor's secure interface and are never received or stored by our server — we only receive the outcome of the transaction.

Purchase receipt: An email receipt is sent to your registered email address once a purchase is approved.

Refunds and right of withdrawal: Credits are a consumable digital product delivered immediately upon payment confirmation. Under Italian consumer law (Codice del Consumo, Legislative Decree 206/2005, Articles 52–59, implementing EU Directive 2011/83), online purchases are normally covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, for digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium with immediate performance — exactly the case for credits — Article 59(1)(o) allows this right to be excluded once the customer, before payment, gives express consent to immediate performance and acknowledges the resulting loss of the right of withdrawal. When you purchase credits, you give this consent through a mandatory checkbox at checkout; once your credits are delivered, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to that purchase. This is a general guideline and not a substitute for specific legal advice.

If you notice an incorrect charge or any other issue with a purchase, please contact us so we can review and resolve it.
